DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

DELIVERY:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
RETURNS:

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery.
      • All returns must include a note of the order number inside or your packing slip - you must tick next to each product you are returning.
      • All products must be returned unwornand in the same packaging they arrived in.
      • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

          Please note

          • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer & original postage is non refundable.
          • If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return.
          • Please ensure the correct postage is used (we also recommend using a signed for service).
          • If your order is received back outside of the 14 day timeframe we reserve the right to refuse your return and send it back to you.
          • We reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund if you no longer qualify for free shipping.


          Exchanges

          • Please email contact@biuka.co.uk with your order number and details of your request if you wish to exchange your item for another size or colour. We will try and accommodate all requests (if made within 14 days) but we cannot guarantee stock will be available.
